Our Services

We pride ourselves in being reliable, friendly and providing a consistent service to all our clients. We create a tailored and individualised package specific to each individuals’ needs and wants.

Our service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to provide:

Support and assistance with morning and night-time routine such as oral care, skin care and bathing requirements. Assistance getting in and out of the bath or shower safely, washing and drying hair and body, shaving, brushing teeth, cleaning dentures, applying skin creams.

Simple things such as tying laces and fastening buttons can often become difficult for many people. Assistance with getting dressed/undressed can provide the support needed to make these tasks easier on a daily basis.

Bed Routine

Help getting in and out of bed, following your own routine and at a time that suits you. Our carers are trained to assist individuals with mobility problems including the use of hoists.

Providing assistance getting to and from the toilet and supporting with urinary and faecal continence when required. Tasks can include changing catheter and stoma bags, incontinence pads and sheets and help with bathing and changing clothing.

Medication Assistance

Sometimes you might forget to take your medication or struggle to take it in the right way which could put your health at risk. To alleviate any worries you may have, our carers are fully trained to assist you with your prescribed medicine and can prompt or administer medication at the appropriate times. Not all medication tasks can be carried out by our carers, e.g. administering controlled drugs, injections. If this is the case, alternative arrangements will be made.

Meal Times

Our carers receive training in food hygiene and nutrition so are best placed to support you with all aspects of meal times including meal preparation, shopping, and managing the food in your house.

Household Tasks

Assistance with light household duties – tasks can include laundry, vacuuming, cleaning and washing up. Support with household administration such as paying bills, collecting prescriptions/pensions, arranging appointments. Our carers can be on hand to offer as little or as much support as required.

Social Companionship

Having the reassurance that someone is visiting you on a daily basis can reduce feelings of anxiety. Assistance with tasks such as making appointments, accompanying you to the doctors, sending birthday cards, walking the dog or just sitting having a chat over a cup of tea are some of the ways in which we can help.
